16 count Aida fabric is perfect for beginners in cross stitch. It is also ideal if you have visual difficulties. Unlike linen and evenweave fabric, every hole is stitched, 1 square = 1 cross. You will stitch it with 2 strands of cotton thread and get 16 crosses per cm.
