20-count Aida fabric is perfect if you want to create pretty, fine, delicate crosses while stitching on an easy fabric thanks to its regularity. Unlike linen and evenweave fabric, every hole is stitched, 1 square = 1 cross. Stitch it with 1 strand of cotton and you will get 8 crosses per cm.
